01About the website and services

The website describes SequrIT's IT services, including email migration, cloud backup, and security posture assessment. Content on the website is provided for general informational purposes only, does not constitute professional, technical, or legal advice, and does not itself deliver any service.

Any actual engagement for these or other services is governed by a separate signed agreement between you and JPL SERVICES-CONSEILS ET SOLUTIONS WEB INC. (operating as SequrIT), not by these Terms. Where these Terms and a signed engagement agreement conflict as to the engagement itself, the signed agreement governs.

02Eligibility and acceptable use

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the website.

You must not:

• Use the website in violation of any law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the website
• Introduce malicious code, bots, scrapers, or harmful technologies

Descriptions of our services on the website are general and do not substitute for the scoping conversation and signed agreement that precede an actual engagement.

If liability cannot be excluded, it shall be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

This limitation governs the website only. It does not apply to, and is not a substitute for, the liability and indemnity terms of any separate signed engagement agreement for actual services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SequrIT and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the website
• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable law
• Your infringement of any rights of a third party

11Privacy

Your use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

12Termination or restriction

14Governing law and jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the website shall be submitted to the courts of the Province of Québec, district of Charlevoix, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
